Monroe Truck Equipment is Hiring a Customer Service Near Litchfield, MN
- Works with Towmaster’s Government Contracts and assists with quoting Towmaster Trailer orders
- Handles all requests for duplicate MSO’s, de-rates and or changes to original MSO’s
- Handles all dealer titling documentation including scanning of proof of registration
- Creates MSO’s and maintains tracking spreadsheet regarding status of MSO’s for customer and sales inquiries including MSO instructions spreadsheet and enters payment and shipping status of MSO
- Handles & maintains several national account tracking spreadsheets tracking all Cash in Advance trailer orders and maintains the CIA spreadsheet
- Sends out MSO’s once payment is received to the proper location and person via various methods
- Updates and maintains Federal Excise Tax database
- Fields requests from sales team for invoices and delivery status of MSO’s
- Assists Sales team in the distribution of Marketing materials
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
- 2 Years of Sales Coordinator Experience
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures as well as written and verbal orders and instructions in English.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
